I seem to eat a lot of leftovers, and you can actually see where meals from one day carry over to the next day. This a) minimises time spent in the kitchen; 2) ensures that I have food for work lunches, which means I don’t go out and buy my lunch. It’s a time saver, and money saver! I also tend to have two meals rather than three on weekends – not waking up at 6am/7am means that I eat less!
