No seriously, since moving back to my parents’ for the summer, my sex life has tanked.

For what it’s worth, my HR self says you’re making a wise decision, and you should definitely be getting paid industry standards. You are worth that much and more.

There’s nothing wrong with chasing money, as long as it’s not consuming you. Sounds like for the time being you’ve got a good thing going.

I’ve been at my current job for almost 4 years, and haven’t gotten a raise in over 2 years. I love my job though, so it’s easy for me to look past the lack of raises. It’s enough to take care of myself, and not worry about how I’m going to pay my bills.
