Considering that I’m cheap with stuff like this (I’d rather spend my money on my hobbies), I’d tell my husband-to-be that we have to get married at the justice of peace and spend our wedding money on our honeymoon! With that said, my wedding outfit will consist of what I wear every day, Muhahahaha! :D

I freaking love wedding dresses, I really like the mermaid shape, if you know what I mean. I also really like lace, so maybe it’d be a little lacy. Haven’t decided yet, heh heh.

Maybe that’s why I never got married yet…I can never decide on a dress and every time I see something new I go “thats the one!!” but then months later I hate it.
I have switched from casual flowy summery dress to full on puffy meringue. I even own a wedding dress which is strapless and has embroidered and pearled details down to the was it and then just an A-line skirt. I loved it at the time but now I look at it and go yuck. Reality is no matter what dress I have I will probably look at it in 5, 10, 20 years and go wtf did I wear that for.
I also switch from “a wedding is the biggest day of your life” or “it’s not the wedding that counts, but the marriage behind it” and thus we still haven’t done our vows.
I really like your dress. I can’t believe you have one picked out (well in your head) already. Thinking in advance ;)
I can’t even set a date let alone choose a dress.

I’ve had my ideal wedding dress in mind for a while: something Disney-princess like (I’m a sucker for Disney), so maybe http://www.milanoo.com/en/thing/Sweetheart-Beaded-Satin-Wedding-Dress-module-item-id-6084.html minus the beads/embroidery.
But it’s hard to say, you never know what really looks good on you until you try it on.

Hmmm…I don’t know really…Chans’s comment made me think though…

Although if I do get married, the ceremony will be cosplayish in nature, thanks to my love of anime and video games (and my recent interest in cosplaying). :3 (And I’ll probably go as…someone…)

I actually haven’t really thought about what it should look like, although I did look around the store a little when I went with my best friend (who’s getting married this Saturday)

A lot of the time women have a picture of “THE” dress on mind and it turns out it doesn’t fit their body type or doesn’t look good on them for another reason. So knowing what you want is a good thing but pinning yourself down on it and absolutely needing to have it (without concessions) is just not a good idea…

You’re like my sister. Growing up, even when she didn’t have a guy in mind yet, she already knew what her wedding dress will look like!

I’ve never really thought about the specifics of my dress but if I had it my way, it would be a flowy Grecian-style dress (with no beading… and I wanted it to be kinda sheer) because I want my wedding to be at a remote beach with just 4 witnesses. But I don’t want to be disowned by the family that I can’t invite to my wedding so I might have to come up with something more fitting for a bigger wedding…

I’ve had a pretty much completed idea of what I’ve wanted for a while. Mostly my own creation, drawing a bit on older styles of dress, high necks etc.

I thought I’d have to get such a thing made especiallly but then I saw my mum’s wedding photos and her dress was about 90% what I wanted, it was really uncanny. I’d probably consider asking to use it.

Wow, that sounds gorgeous! I can’t believe it! I wish I had thought mine through more but I’m happy with what I have to wear next week.
