Mornington

Mr. M and I are generally very casual – most of the time when we see each other, it’s literally just us chilling out watching a bit of telly, snuggling in bed, doing a bit of reading and study, grabbing a quick bite to eat. Nothing fancy, just being together. Last night however, we actually went on a date – I was wearing a dress, he was in dressy casual with a suit jacket, shirt and nice jeans. Very sexy, I do like a man in a suit.
We drove down to the Mornington Peninsula late, and made a few stops along the way. Took a walk along the pier at Mornington, spotted an ancient pufferfish in the water (as well as starfish, smaller fish, etc.), made out a bit, and drove as far down as Dromana, 70km from Melbourne, before heading home again with an ice-cream stop. Made some tentative plans to return in the next few weeks so that he can teach me how to fish.
You know how in movies, you get romantic walks along the beach in the moonlight? When life is absolutely perfect as you forget all other troubles you might have in other aspects of your life as you get lost in that one perfect moment? I think I got that last night.
