As side or career job. Just imagine the people you could be helping and saving all at the same time! My mother and I are pack rats, unfortunately. We have drawers filled with useless and sometime meaningless articles, but we just can't seem to part with them...thinking that maybe in the future it would be of some use. That's where someone like you would come in! I'm pretty sure its a pretty normal thing around the world and I have yet to hear anyone with an occupation such as that!
