It sucks to have emails like that stuck in your mailbox just as it's about to expire and only to find out that there is a server overload for the last 8 minutes too! How can tickets sell out before they official go on sale? I have bought tickets in presales before but they only had a limited amount of tickets for that, so it wouldn't / couldn't sell out that way.
