Maybe she actually does know the truth (secret diaries, anyone? Lol) and her saying it was an ‘excuse’, is just an excuse for you to tell her the truth. In a very round-about way. Ooo scheming! Hahaha.

Isn’t that what we women always find though, guys the same age as ourselves are often just not as mature.
