1 - “Arrive alive!” (DONT FORGET THE !) Is quite possibly the lamest/weirdest “scheme” title ever. I guess they really, really wanted something that rhymed? :P
2 - I had to read that letter three times to verify that this wasn’t some sort of scam - the use of the word “scheme” several times throughout the letter totally threw me off… Is that often used in reference government programs?
