Why Study When You Have Porn?

November 4, 2007 | Filed under Life, Uni/Work

Right now I should be:

  1. Studying for my exams this week (Asian Civilisations and Communication & Creativity)
  2. Making my bed
  3. Cleaning the bathroom
  4. Investigating what I’m going to make for dinner tonight

Instead, I am:

  1. On Facebook, Snark, and MSN
  2. Blogging
  3. Watching porn on Xtube (WARNING: severely NSFW)
  4. Planning a chocolate fondue for my birthday party1

Tonight I will probably:

  1. Watch some more porn
  2. Watch some TV
  3. Potter around the house doing nothing of significance

So um….shit shit shit for the exams on Tuesday and Wednesday. I just can’t seem to motivate myself – the fact that I’ve already passed both subjects on the strength of my essays and other assessments is a huge factor in this. Why study when I don’t have to worry about passing?

1I changed the original theme as I’ve still not been able to find a dress that matches the mask I bought. The new theme of “Luxury, Decadence and Indulgence” allows me to pretty much wear whatever kind of dress I want, complete with lots of bling and fur. Additionally, if I haven’t emailed you the invitation yet, comment and let me know!

  1. “Mandz (L)’s teh pr0n”. I actually did not anticipate the p0rn, although Facebook, Snark and MSN were to be expected.

Best of luck for your exams this week! :)

  2. I’ll just erase most of that entry from my brain! Was your use of ‘Potter’ intentional? When I scanned through I got all excited. :(

Also — happy birthday for tomorrow!

  3. Happy birthday fellow Scorpio! Fellow porn watcher too!

Thanks for the link, by the way :) Wasn’t aware of that one. The other “tube” versions weren’t that much of my liking (I like to see pretty people…I guess I’m a snob).

  4. Darn pr0n, Snark and facebook and blogs. Precisely my not-working and not-studying excuses. I mean, reasons. Erm.
