Well, it seems to look like a rash of some kind, which is usually due to an adverse reaction. So maybe you put something on your arm that you shouldn’t have, and that’s why it’s all manky.

Holy shit I have had the exact same thing for the past two days except all over my body. Is it hot in Melbourne? Heat can make your body swell a bit and get a bit rashy sometimes.
However, I also have been getting fevers on and off and all my joints have been hurting (starting with my knees) so if it continues, I’ll probably be seeing a doctor.

I’m thinking that the guess of an adverse reaction to hair-removal is correct, since there is no hair on your arm.
I was going to go with a reaction to chlorine or maybe you had rubbed against some fiberglass.
