Racist Bitch

September 14, 2007 | Filed under Family & Friends, Online

It seems as though my “Ask Me A Question” idea has sparked off somewhat of a following in this corner of the blog community. At last count, Malin, Alex, Nellie, Kaisa, Jordie, Rhiannon, Becky, Kaylee, Katharine, Mari, Zala, Belinda, Ben, Bobbi-Lee, Lene, Meli, Matt, Adastra, Laarni, Rachael, Catherine, Sean, Katlyn, Hannah, Lily, Michelle, Nika, Chantelle, Kycoo and Hev have all done their own versions of “Ask Me A Question”. (If you decide to do it, and link me as the originator, I’ll add you to this list too!)

In other news, my dog-in-law is a racist bitch. No really, she is. She’s a Pomeranian belonging to my aunt, and doesn’t bother to hide her racist views.

If my cousins bring an Asian friend into the house, Crystal (the dog) will be all sugar and spice, jumping around, wagging her tail, doing all those things that friendly dogs do. Bring a white, or black friend into the house, and she’ll go batshit insane, barking at them, biting their ankles.

Whether or not its indeliberate indoctrination (e.g. she’s grown up around Asian faces and thus only feels comfortable around Asians), or whether she’s really just a racist little bitch at heart is up for deliberation.

  2. Man I need a crazy Pomeranian like that. My boyfriend keeps telling me that he’ll dump me if I get a stupid purse sized dog though.

  3. I love how miscontrued labels in society become so much funnier when you apply them to the actual initial objects/things/persons/etc. Hilarious.

I like the sound of that dog. Uhm, be happy your Aunt didn’t get a chihuahua … ? Heh. I’m tempted to resurrect my personal site just to use that ‘Ask Me A Question’ thing … but as thou dost verily know, I’m far too lazy. I will ask you a question, though …

  4. Wow, that’s crazy about the dog. It’s probably, like you said, because she’s been growing up around asian’s and feels mostly safe with them.

  5. I’ve done a fair share of asking people to ask me questions on my blog before as well. Exhibit A and Exhibit B It’s actually pretty fun right? :)

My bitch is a Pomeranian and I love her to bits, she’s brown though so I consider her Asian and not racist. Haha.

  6. Hmmm… so does that mean she allows asian tresspassers into the house?

  7. That’s a weird dog. I thought dogs were colour blind, anyways. How can they notice who’s Asian?

  11. That’s hilarious! Pets can be so much like people sometimes, it’s crazy.

I missed asking you a question, but I wanna do one myself!

  12. LOL! That’s a first… a racist dog…

A dog that I had when I was younger hated smelly people… I can’t blame him though.

  13. Oh goodness, now you’ve got me doing it too. I resisted for so long, too!

Now you’ve got to come ask me one.

  14. And this would be exactly why I don’t like little dogs. I swear most of them are racist little bastards. Plus they just don’t know how to shut the hell up.
