Spider-Man Toilet Paper

May 6, 2007 | Filed under Family & Friends, Life

Upon picking my brother up from his Chinese School classes this afternoon, I started telling him everything I’d done this afternoon.

“Oh, I went to the library and borrowed two new Anthony Horowitz novels for you to read, and went and did some grocery shopping. I bought some Cuppa-Soup and some ingredients for a pizza base, and oh, I bought some special toilet paper as well. Each roll is a special continuous comic storybook frame, and I bought the Spider-Man edition. So, now when you sit on the toilet, you can read a Spider-Man comic at the same time!”

He was astounded, and couldn’t wait to get home to inspect this special new deluxe super-cool toilet paper. I pull into the driveway, he jumped out of the car, pops the boot, and rummages through the grocery bags to find the toilet paper.

“Hey…you lied to me! There’s no Spider-Man toilet paper!”

I ROFL. Surely it should be illegal to be able to trick one’s own younger brother that easily?

  5. I would so totally do that to my sisters too! But if I had been the younger one in this situation, I would’ve fallen for it too.

  9. Oh man. I thought you were going to show me some Spider-Man toiletpaper pictures! How awesome would it be to actually have something like that, though?! Maybe we should produce it and make a fortune. LOL.

Yeah, I know, I could probably be just as easily fooled as your brother. I’m so gullible. :P
